I did a fantastic Vegetarian Cookery Course today, recipes were easy to follow and demonstration was informative. Actual dishes were delicious. my favourite was the Egg  plant with tahini sauce. Will be going back again soon. Payan is a great teacher. The 3 hours went by so quickly!

My Wife and I did the Little India Foodie tour with Payal.  We had a great time. She is very knowledgeable about the area, had great contacts to get us tables at each restaurant and we ate sooooo much wonderful food.  If you have allergies and intolerances she can help to order things that work for you.  I highly recommend this tour for tourists or even locals that want a fun afternoon eating great food.

We had a Peranakan cooking class with Payal for our friend's hen party and it was great fun! Payal was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable about food. She had great recipes too, everything we prepared - beef rendang, sambal udang and pulut hitam - was out of this world! Payal even helped to clean up while we were tucking away, thanks so much! A great option to have if 5 or 7 of your hen party is breastfeeding or pregnant ;) highly recommend!

When it comes to vegetarian cooking classes - she has fantastic recipes, great facilities, and a wonderfully warm and friendly teaching style that makes even those of us that are true novices in the kitchen feel comfortable. I was so impressed with her classes and her book that I purchased a private cooking lesson for my husband as a gift. We both raved about it after the fact (a seasoned cook, he learned a lot while having fun, and I ate the tasty food which resulted from the class!).
