A super easy weeknight dinner, especially on when you have a good sourdough loaf to lap up all the delicious juices in this recipe.
Ingredients for Prawns in Garlic-White Wine1.5 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons butter 12-15 medium-large tiger prawns, peeled 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 large pinch chili flakes 10 vine-ripened tomatoes, halved 1/2 tablespoon lemon rind 3/4 cup dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc) or vodka 1/2 chicken stock cube salt and pepper, to taste Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish Toasted Sourdough loaf, to serve |
