​1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by Commune Kitchen in Singapore, including public cooking classes, team-building activities, helper cooking classes, and kitchen rentals. By booking a session or renting our space, you agree to abide by these terms.

​2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
 

• ​Public Classes & Helper Classes: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the class may receive a reschedule or refund, subject to administrative fees. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• ​Team-Building & Private Events: Full payment is required prior to your event to confirm and execute the booking. A deposit may be requested at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance, final headcounts, and menu details required by the date specified on your invoice before the session date. Bookings are not finalized until payment is cleared.

• ​Kitchen Rental: Rentals are subject to availability, full payment prior to the rental date, a signed rental agreement, and a security deposit. Any damage to equipment or facilities will be deducted from the deposit.

​3. Safety, Conduct, and Allergies

• ​Kitchen Safety: Participants must follow all safety guidelines, hygiene protocols, and instructions given by Commune Kitchen chefs and staff. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

• ​Allergies & Dietary Needs: While we take precautions to accommodate dietary requirements, Commune Kitchen operates in a shared commercial kitchen environment where allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, etc.) are present. We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free spaces or products. Participants with severe allergies join at their own discretion.

• ​Right of Refusal: Commune Kitchen reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any participant or renter whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to staff and other guests, without a refund.

​4. Limitation of Liability
Commune Kitchen, its owners, chefs, and employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property sustained on our premises or during our activities, except where such injury or damage is caused by the direct proven negligence of Commune Kitchen. Participants and renters assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.

​5. Intellectual Property
All recipes, cooking materials, handouts, and digital content provided by Commune Kitchen are the intellectual property of Commune Kitchen. They are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without prior written consent.

​6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
