Try my easy-peasy homemade Coconut Granola recipe - packed with crunchy oats, almonds, cashews and coconut flakes, it’s an absolute treat served with yogurt, or almond milk. So GOOD, you might be even start snacking on it by the handful!
Ingredients for Homemade Granola2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 1/2 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup halved cashews 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon sea-salt 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
