Commune kitchen has had a glow up since I last visited. As well as cooking classes and catering, they now also have an amazing lunch menu. I took myself on a solo date and tried the lamb manti, kitchiree quroot and their homemade iced lemon tea. Delectable food, super quick service and lovely staff. The outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to watch TikTok (very fast Wi-Fi) and throw back glass after glass of iced tea. I will definitely be back!

Had amazing Afganistan lunch at Commune Kitchen. Highly recommend this place for anyone. Have lunch, do their food courses or just have a chat with lovely owner Payal who knows so much about food of many cultures. I will be back for sure.

Such a treat! Gorgeous Afghani food right in the middle of town. Went with some reservations cos I haven’t come across Afghani cuisine that hasn’t made me cringe yet. Lamb done so right, tender and fragrant. Sadaf’s dumplings blew my mind, didn’t know they can be so good. True blue nosh here, non of the overdressed fusion versions that’s been undeservedly trending❤️

Delicious food which also stands out from the other restaurants in around in terms of cuisine type. I had the eggplant with minced lamb today and the chicken kebab previously.
