1. To chicken thighs add all marinade ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours.
2. Leave it out at room temperature for about an hour before cooking.
3. To stir fry, on medium-high flame heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a wok.
4. Add marinated chicken and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
5. Serve as sandwich filling, over salad or with rice and grilled vegetables of your choice.
