Ingredients:For the Cod:750g black cod steaks
2 tablespoons white miso 4 tablespoons mirin 1 tablespoon sake or Chinese wine 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt For the Noodles:75g fresh noodles per person
Toasted sesame oil, for drizzling Toasted black and white sesame seeds, for garnish For the Salad:Greens of your choice (I used Mizuna, tomatoes on the vine, roasted beet, and pomegranate arils)
For the Dressing:1 heaping tablespoon tahini paste
